1. Contactors, Relays และ Starters คืออะไร?

ทั้ง 3 กลุ่มทำงานร่วมกันในระบบควบคุมมอเตอร์ แต่หน้าที่แตกต่างกัน

CHINT ระบุว่า Industrial Control มีทั้ง Contactors สำหรับ Switching วงจร, Overload Relays สำหรับ Motor Protection และ Motor Starters ที่รวม Contactor กับ Overload Relay เข้าด้วยกัน

2. CHINT Contactors

Contactor เป็นอุปกรณ์ Electromagnetic Switching ที่ใช้สำหรับเปิด–ปิดวงจรกำลัง โดยเฉพาะมอเตอร์ที่ต้องการสั่งงานบ่อย ๆ

หลักการทำงานง่าย ๆ คือ

Control Signal → Coil → Magnetic Field → Main Contact → Load ON/OFF

Coil หยุดทำงาน → Main Contact เปิด → Motor หยุด

3. CHINT NXC Series

7. Overload Relay
